Complaints Protocol

We always endeavour to give the best service possible within our Practice. However we are aware that things can go wrong, resulting in a patient feeling they have a genuine cause for complaint. 

 

To pass on your feedback/complaint please put your concerns in e-mail to Reception.z00470@gp.hscni.net addressed to the Practice Manager where your concerns will be dealt by the complaints officer.
